Modern Fuel didn't start in a boardroom. It started in Phoenix, in the heat, with two kids who kept running out of what they needed.
In Phoenix, water isn't a wellness habit. It's how you get through the afternoon. Cameron and Kaden grew up in that heat, on basketball courts, pushing each other through years of training and always chasing the next level.
When the world shut down, the gyms went with it. So they built their own — backyard boot camps, every single day, two brothers refusing to lose a season. What started as something to do became a shared obsession with what the body can actually do when you take care of it.

That was the moment the whole thing started. Not a business idea — a frustration. If you have to take three servings for something to work, the formula was never built to work in the first place.
Kaden began mixing blends in the kitchen. Formulas built for real training instead of flavored water. Cameron kept testing them the hard way — on the court, in the heat, on days when it mattered whether it worked.
It took years. Most of what they tried didn't work. But every round taught them the same lesson: the reason most supplements underperform isn't what's in them. It's what got added to make them cheaper, sweeter, and easier to manufacture.
So they took all of it out.

The Founders
Cameron has chased performance his whole life. Basketball first, then officiating — he now referees in the NBA G League, where focus, recovery, and energy aren't abstract goals. They're the job, every night.
He's the one who felt the gap most directly. When your body has to show up at that level, you notice fast when what you're taking isn't doing anything.
Kaden is a builder. Always experimenting, always testing, never quite satisfied with the current version. He played varsity basketball and spent years under the Arizona sun learning exactly where hydration products fall short.
He's the one who wouldn't stop reformulating. Every ingredient in Recovery+ earned its place because he kept asking what it was actually doing there.
