Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for orders placed exclusively on www.modern-fuel.com. Refunds will not be issued after this period.

Policy Details

  • One Product Coverage: The guarantee applies to one product (one tub) per customer, excluding any discounts, taxes, and shipping costs. This allows you to try our product risk-free.

  • Recommendation: If you are considering using this guarantee, we recommend ordering only one tub initially.

  • Multiple Products or Bundles: If you purchase multiple products or bundles, only one product (one tub) per order is eligible for a refund. For example, if you order a three-month supply or a bundle with multiple items, you can request a refund for only one of those products.

  • Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to replacement orders provided at no cost, unless the replacement was for a damaged or lost product in transit.

  • Limit: Each customer and household is eligible for only one refund under this policy.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

None of our products are pre-set to a subscription option. If you choose a subscription, you will see clear notifications on the order page, cart, and checkout screen indicating it is a recurring subscription.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription Login link on our website.

  • A confirmation email will include a link to modify or cancel your subscription, along with a reminder email two days before each recurring charge.

  • By signing up for a subscription, you accept full responsibility for managing it. If you do not cancel before the next charge, you will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Policy

We accept returns for orders that are completely unused, unopened, and undamaged, returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

How to Return an Unopened & Unused Order

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, in its original packaging, and must match your order confirmation receipt.

  • Include a packing slip (provided by our support team) inside the return package.

  • The customer is responsible for providing their own return shipping label.

  • Returns with opened, damaged, or missing items will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.

Additional Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, the refund will be forfeited.

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process but may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • We do not process refunds to prepaid debit cards.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the USA are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

Damaged Product Replacements

Upon approval, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
