What happened to Refuel?

Refuel is now Daily Electrolytes. We moved from tubs to single-serve sticks, focused the formula on everyday hydration and made two new flavors. The antioxidants from Refuel (NAC, glutathione and vitamin C) now live in Recovery+.

How is it different from Recovery+?

Daily Electrolytes is for everyday hydration: 800 mg of electrolytes and 5 calories per stick. Recovery+ is built for hard training days, with 1,610 mg of electrolytes plus NAC, glutathione, CoQ10 and taurine. Plenty of people use both.

How do I take it?

Mix 1 stick with 16–24 oz of water. Shake or stir and enjoy. More water means a milder taste.

How many sticks a day?

One stick is one serving. How many you need depends on how much you sweat. If you watch your sodium intake or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

Is there sugar or caffeine?

No caffeine. Each stick has 5 calories and 1–2 g of carbohydrate, and it’s sweetened with monk fruit.

Why doesn’t it taste like other electrolytes?

There’s no stevia, sucralose or “natural flavors” covering up the minerals. Expect something subtler than a candy-style mix.

Why are there rice hulls in it?

Stick packs need a powder that flows. Instead of silicon dioxide, we use organic rice hulls, a plant-based alternative.

Is it vegan and gluten-free?

Yes. It’s vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO, and it’s made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility.
